For those of you that have attended Warped Tour already, you might have noticed the guys in The Maine, A Rocket To The Moon, and This Century wearing t-shirts that say “BE THE EXAMPLE”. This is an awesome campaign they started to help promote a healthy, positive lifestyle for their fans.
This is a great example of doing something right when you have such an influence over so many kids. I commend their efforts in helping set things straight with a very superficial and shallow scene. It’s time that we all start realizing, before we can change the world, we have to change ourselves first. You can’t sit around and wait for someone else to set an example for you so you can follow that. You can be the example for everyone else, if you would like to.

Word. You don’t have to be any specific age to experience anything, just live your life and don’t ever let time make you live it differently.I really liked this and I’m glad someone finally submitted what I feel would be my exact words too regarding this subject. Life just goes by way too fast to be caught up on these things. You end up resenting the present, and the past becomes nothing but a reminder of your misery. There is no timeline, or due date for the things you will come to experience in life. Remember that. I certainly try to every single day of mine.

positivity killed them all so we buried them, but it brought them back to life. optimism made them frustrated so they quit, but it brought them back to life and one simple smile tied them all together. once separated due to ignorance or naivety or whatever it may have been, they now work together for something bigger than they could ever imagine.
perfection cannot be reached, because nothing’s perfect, but things can change and so can people.
